i almost wrote a good review after staying at this lovely establishment. but the awful smell in my room & hallways, yikes! i expected better, almost like a red carpet treatment, you know? also, no elevators? really? i think it’s strange not to offer any complimentary drinks for guests either. what a letdown!

The best and worst parts

The price was right, and the location felt safe, surrounded by upscale amenities , making it convenient for various activities.

The room was outdated and lacked basics like dishes. Security felt compromised with visible issues like broken locks.

We had a spacious room that was clean and had all we needed for our large family. The hotel’s location was convenient for visiting local attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame, which made our stay memorable, especially with our four babies.

My wife says that a better system for cleaning would be great for big families.

The property was clean and featured a well-equipped kitchenette, making me feel right at home. It reminded me of my childhood kitchen where I’d cook up family favorites, just without the 12 different spice jars!

This place was just a great match for a couple of nights in Brentwood with decent value for money. The room was clean and had all of the essentials to make my stay comfortable. Watch out for the high sales tax on hotel stays in Tennessee!

I appreciated the spacious room with a full kitchen, perfect for family meals. Antoni at the front desk provided outstanding support during check-in and check-out. Just be mindful of the high sales tax! Plan your stay accordingly and maybe bring your own laundry items.
